Lisa Cobham is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Fan Support at Ticketmaster, where they lead global contact center operations and customer experience in live entertainment. With over 20 years in the industry, Lisa has a proven track record of managing large-scale, multilingual teams and delivering fan-focused service. Previously, Lisa held various leadership roles at Ticketmaster, including SVP Fan Experience International and VP Fan Experience International. Earlier in their career, they served as a Support Specialist at Bupa and a Service Delivery Manager at Centrica. Presently, Lisa is continuing their education at the University of Central Lancashire.
