Lisa Mendes is currently the Global Event Programming Training Director at Ticketmaster, a position held since October 2023, following a tenure as Director of Operations at Ticketmaster Brasil from September 2022 to October 2023. Prior to these roles, Lisa accumulated extensive experience at Ticketmaster, serving as Head of Events, Attractions & Sport - Client Services and progressing through various positions in Client Services and Account Management from January 2011 to September 2022. Earlier career highlights include working as a Client Sales Account Handler at See Tickets and holding supervisory and assistant roles at Leicester Square Theatre and Art's Theatre London. Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Social Communication with a focus on Marketing from Centro Universitario de Brasilia - UniCEUB and has further education from City St George’s, University of London.
