Melissa C.

Melissa C. currently works at Ticketmaster as part of the Artist & Promoter Relations team since April 2023. In this role, Melissa supports numerous tours annually by configuring tools within the Ticketmaster Music product suite and educating clients on various programs that enhance tour performance. Prior to Ticketmaster, Melissa served as a Ticketing Coordinator at Live Nation Entertainment, where responsibilities included supporting revenue strategies, analyzing sales data, and managing operations during the pandemic. Melissa's earlier experience includes roles at PMK•BNC as an Executive Assistant, WJPZ Radio as both Vice President of Business and Promotions Director, and internships in public relations and music supervision. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.
