Paul Masterson is an accomplished IT leader with over 30 years of experience, primarily in the Financial and Banking sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Contact Center Technology at Ticketmaster since January 2023, Paul is actively driving digital transformation in fan support and overseeing the integration of advanced technologies such as cloud-based telephony and AI-driven communications. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Director at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included leading Cognitive and Digital Services and establishing a collaboration engineering practice. At Fidelity Investments, Paul significantly influenced user experience as VP of End User Platforms and held multiple leadership roles focused on desktop and virtualization technologies. Earlier career experiences include positions at Paul Revere (Unum) as a Desktop and Server Engineer. Paul is an alumnus of Quinsigamond Community College.
