Phil Volini

Phil Volini has extensive experience in product management and digital marketing, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product at Ticketmaster since August 2013, where responsibilities have included leadership roles in product development and strategy. Prior to this, Volini held the position of Director of Customer Acquisition at Restaurant.com, overseeing website management and user experience from June 2010 to August 2013. Earlier roles at Ticketmaster from January 2007 to June 2010 involved building SEO strategies as E-Commerce Marketing Manager and SEO Manager. Volini's career also includes experience as Customer Relations Manager at Pulte Homes, managing customer experiences and service delivery. A graduate of Illinois State University, Volini holds a degree in English, specializing in Creative Writing and Technical & Business Writing.
