Shane Word is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in developing and implementing eCommerce solutions and enterprise applications. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Ticketmaster since October 2016, Shane leads the Checkout eCommerce team in modernizing the checkout platform and enhancing API services in collaboration with the Commerce Resale team. Previously, Shane founded Servabusi.com, a service management SaaS application, and held pivotal roles at Farmers Insurance, EdenTree Technologies, Countrywide Financial, eToys, and HRL, contributing expertise in Java architecture, software development, and project management across a range of technologies and methodologies.
