Stacey O'Donnell

Stacey O'Donnell has extensive experience in the ticketing industry, having worked at Ticketmaster since 2001. In her current role as Sr. Manager of Marketplace Support for Tours & Onsales in the UK and Ireland, which Stacey has held since September 2010, Stacey oversees critical support functions. Prior to this position, Stacey served as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager in the Music division from 2007 to 2010. Earlier roles included Event Programming and Customer/Agent Support, demonstrating a deep understanding of both client management and event facilitation throughout her career at Ticketmaster.
