Usman Ajam

Usman Ajam is a seasoned network engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and designing networks across multiple environments. Currently a Senior Network Engineer at Ticketmaster since August 2015, Usman oversees campus-based networks for 100 European offices and venues. Prior to this role, Usman served as a Tier 2 NOC Engineer at Global Telecom & Technology EMEA Ltd, gaining over six years of experience in a service provider NOC environment, and as a NOC Engineer at Luminet, where Usman managed core networks and digital radio links. Usman holds multiple certifications from Cisco Systems Inc., including CCNP Routing and Switching and CCNA, along with a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Arid, Pakistan, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
