Vincent Au

Vincent Au is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX and product design. Currently serving as Director of Product Design at Ticketmaster since April 2024, Vincent previously held the position of Director of Product Design & UX at Raw Materials, where responsibilities included leading UX strategy for the company's significant client, Peddle. Prior to Raw Materials, Vincent worked as UX Strategy and Design Lead at handsome, also focused on Peddle, and played a key role in the company's rebranding. Earlier experience includes serving as a UX Leader at Razorfish, where responsibilities involved mentoring and overseeing client projects from the merged agency Rokkan. Vincent's career at Rokkan spanned several roles, including SVP of Experience Design, demonstrating a strong background in user experience leadership. Additional previous positions include UX Lead at Isobar U.S. and various roles at Rokkan and Dorset House, supplemented by a Master of Library Science from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from New York University.
