Monica Willding

Monica Willding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, project management, and technical support within the ticketing and entertainment industries. Currently serving as VP QA/QC and Automation at TicketNetwork since March 2010, Monica has previously held roles as Director of Quality Assurance and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing a web development Quality Team and leading software and web development projects as a certified Scrum Master. Monica’s prior experience includes serving as a Technical Support Representative, providing support for SQL-based Point-Of-Sale systems, and working as a CAD Engineer at Pegasus Manufacturing, Inc. Additionally, Monica worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Xerox Corporation, focusing on software porting and optimization. Monica holds a BA in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science from the University of Rochester.
