Fred Moscoso has worked in a variety of roles since 1982. fred began as an Independent Consultant for Information & Technology in Mexico City, working for Pemex. In 1999, they became General Manager for Digital Satellite Zone, a role they held for 18 years. In 2017, they moved to Ticketón as General Manager of Operations and Global Sat Group as Manager of Sales.
