Client Services Director at TicketSauce

Jason Mitchell has worked in the field of client services since 2002. Jason began their career at Sony Electronics as a Research in 2002. In 2004, they took on the role of Online Services Coordinator at The San Diego Union Tribune. In this role, they were responsible for entering and processing orders for online products through the interaction with several different 3rd party vendors. In 2014, they began working at Jobelephant.com, Inc. as an Account Executive/Project Manager. In this role, they handled recruitment advertising requests for 30+ clients, planning and consulting with the client, developing a cost effective and targeted campaign strategy, identifying needs assessment, fulfilling the various aspects of the campaign with the support of an internal ad building team, and delivering a confirmation with confidence to the client that their advertising has been processed and scheduled accordingly. In 2017, they began working at TicketSauce as the Client Services Director.

Jason Mitchell attended the University of Southern California from 1991 to 1993, and then California State University, Chico from 1994 to 1997, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
