Andrew Lupo has over 10 years of experience in the ticketing and sports industry. In 2010, they began their career as an Event Management Assistant in the Intramurals Department at Sacred Heart University. In 2011, they became a Ticket Sales Intern at the Newark Bears. The following year, they were promoted to Sales Account Executive at the same organization. In 2012, they were an intern at the Bridgeport Bluefish Professional Baseball Team, where they were responsible for organizing and executing community nights and heritage nights. After that, they became the Ticket Operations Manager at the Staten Island Yankees in 2013. In 2017, they were the Ticket Operations and Analytics Manager at the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, where they established an Analytics department and developed procedures to capture customer data. In 2018, they became the Manager of Ticket Operations at the LA Galaxy, where they assisted in managing the Ticket Operations department and all day-to-day functions. In 2021, they were a Ticket Operations Specialist at The New York Racing Association. Currently, they are an Account Manager - Sports & Seated Venues at TicketSocket.

Andrew Lupo attended Sacred Heart University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. In 2012, they studied at The University of Notre Dame Australia. Andrew also attended Paramus High School.
