Derek Wilks

Derek Wilks has extensive work experience in finance and executive roles. Derek currently serves as the Group CFO at Tickmill since May 2021. Prior to this, Derek was the Global CFO at Sunrise Brokers LLP/BGC Partners from July 2012 to February 2021. Derek also held the position of Chief Finance Officer at Otkritie Securities Ltd from March 2011 to July 2012. Previously, Derek worked as the Global Finance Director at Link/ICAP from December 2001 to July 2010.

Derek Wilks attended The High School of Dundee from 1985 to 1991. Derek then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy from the University of Strathclyde from 1991 to 1995.
