Myria Onisilou

Myria Onisilou is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee well-being, and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Recruitment Officer at Tickmill since September 2022, Myria supports recruitment efforts across multiple international offices. Prior experience includes roles as a People & Culture Executive and Human Resources Officer at XM, where responsibilities encompassed employee well-being, learning and development, and ongoing feedback initiatives. Myria's career has also included managing HR functions at SVALENO PROPERTIES and serving as a Human Resources Intern at Xtrade Group. In education, Myria holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from the Cyprus International Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from the University of Cyprus, complemented by a study experience at Universidad de Granada.
