Tim Williams

Tim Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Product at TICKR since November 2011, Tim develops analytic products using machine learning and generative AI to address business risks. Prior roles at TICKR include Vice President of Technology and Customer Success, as well as Senior Director of Technology, where Tim managed software development teams and oversaw complete project lifecycles for global enterprise clients. Earlier experience includes project management roles with Empowering Local Initiatives ELI, where Tim led data collection initiatives, and Partner Aid International, managing training programs and construction projects in Northern Pakistan. Tim also held positions that involved training and capacity building for NGOs in Iraqi Kurdistan, as well as developing data analysis systems to promote democracy in Afghanistan. Tim earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
