Ashley Kelley has a long and varied work experience. Ashley began in 2005 as a Customer Service Advisor at Vertex Data Science, and over the next five years held a variety of roles at the same company, including Complaints Advisor and Customer Service Advisor. In 2011, they moved to Capita, where they held the roles of Quality Analyst, Business Support Analyst, and Complaints Advisor. In 2014, they joined Ombudsman Services as a Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Analyst, and Quality Assessor. In 2019, they moved to Brookson Group as a Business Analyst. In 2020, they joined Vaultex UK Ltd as a Business Analyst, and in 2021, they moved to Truepill as a Product Manager. Currently, they are a Product at TickX.

Ashley Kelley completed their Bachelor of Science With Honours in Psychology from Liverpool Hope University between 2007 and 2010. Ashley has since obtained a number of certifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, including a BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering in November 2018, a BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Processes in March 2018, a Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (2015) in January 2018, a BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice in November 2017, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt from The Knowledge Academy in February 2016.
