David Smoak

David Smoak is currently working as an Accounting Controller at TICO since July 2019. Prior to that, David held the position of Business Manager at HDR from January 2014 to January 2019. David also served as a Financial Controller at Thomas & Hutton from September 2002 to January 2013. David Smoak holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
