Franklin Williams is an accomplished quality and continuous improvement leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at TICO since January 2024, Franklin has held significant roles at STS Aviation Services, Hanwha Defense USA, and Navistar Defense. At Navistar Defense, Franklin contributed as the Director of Quality and FSO, leading the development and execution of quality strategies while overseeing the global quality structure. Additional experience includes previous positions as Supplier QA Consultant at Navistar Inc., Deputy Director of Global Quality at Navistar Defense, and Plant Operations Manager at AxleTech International, among others. Franklin's expertise encompasses quality systems management, operational excellence, supplier quality development, and program execution.
