Michael Brown

Michael Brown is the Director of Manufacturing at Applied Specialties, Inc., a position they have held since 2014. Previously, they served as the National UltraLime Operations Manager and are currently the President of Bromatco LLC, a company that manufactures hydrated lime slurry and provides consultation services. Michael co-owned Brown & Brown, Inc., a specialty highway construction firm, from 1973 to 2001, where they pioneered innovative methods in asphalt recycling and soil stabilization. They earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Kansas in 1965.
