Previously, John held key roles as Vice President at Beverly Bank/Beverly Mortgage, and Vice President of Residential Lending at both Old Second National Bank and Devon Bank, where a proven track record of performance and profitability was established across various leadership positions. John began their career in the mortgage sector as a loan originator and holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from North Central College.
