TIDE (Talent Innovation for Development and Education) is a systems-driven organization cultivating ecosystems of opportunity across Africa and beyond.

We design infrastructure that solves problems at the root–focusing on education access, talent development, and economic opportunity. Rather than addressing challenges in isolation, we build interconnected platforms, programs, and communities that transform how young people access funding, skills, and visibility.

At the core of our work is a belief that opportunity should not be fragmented or accidental, but structured, accessible, and scalable.

Through our initiatives, we connect students, donors, educators, creators, and institutions into living systems that enable real pathways from potential to progress.
