Gus Young

Gus Young has a diverse work experience. Gus started their career as a Summer Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland in 2013. Following that, they played professional hockey for the American Hockey League from 2014 to 2018. After their hockey career, they worked as a Venture Capital Associate and Education Sector Co-Lead at University of Michigan Ross Social Venture Fund from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Head Of Operations at Canada Emergency Medical Manufacturers, and later joined Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant. Currently, they hold the roles of Director and Vice President at Tide Rock starting from 2022.

Gus Young obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University in 2014. Gus also attended Noble and Greenough School for their high school education from 2006 to 2010. In addition, Gus Young holds multiple certifications related to data retrieval, processing, visualization, and programming languages, which they obtained in 2018 from Coursera.
