Joe Schuster

Joe Schuster has a diverse and extensive work experience dating back to 2005. Joe began their career at Target, where they held various roles in merchandise planning, inventory management, and buying. Joe then worked at Mars as an MBA Marketing Intern, before joining Bain & Company as a Consultant. After that, they worked at Russell Reynolds Associates as an Executive Search and Assessment Consultant and later as a Leadership & Succession Consultant. Joe then joined Farmer's Business Network, Inc. as the Director and then the Senior Director of Global Head of Talent. Joe'smost recent position is SVP, Talent at Tide Rock, where they focus on acquiring and growing economically resilient B2B companies.

Joe Schuster completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Joe also completed their high school education at Archbishop Moeller High School. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Continuing Education: The Science of Well-Being from Yale University in 2020 and Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, HPVI) from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2017.
