Ivan Mitkov

Ivan Mitkov is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Member Support for Tide, overseeing operations in the UK and Europe since October 2020. Previously, Ivan held various managerial roles at Sutherland from December 2014 to October 2020, including Technical Support Manager, Team Manager, and Quality Assurance Specialist, leading teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and improving performance metrics. Ivan began a career in public service with the Ministry of Education and Science in Bulgaria, contributing to strategic planning for teacher development. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Sofia University, alongside a high school diploma in Spanish Language and Literature.
