Lawrence Munro

Lawrence Munro is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in technology and security, currently serving as a Scientific Advisor at Osney Capital and a member of the College of Experts at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. Lawrence's extensive career includes roles such as Global Vice President at Trustwave and Head of Cyber Threat Unit at Santander UK. Previously, Lawrence held positions in various companies, including a Junior Project Manager at Minesoft and a Senior Penetration Tester at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. With a strong academic background, including a BSc (Hons) in Cyber Security and Computer Forensics from Kingston University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford, Lawrence is also an expert advisor to the U.K. government and a speaker at major conferences like Black Hat USA.
