Mariya Kaya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Mariya started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Balkan Trade Center in November 2005 and later served as an Office Manager and Recruiter at K-RECRUITMENT - Recruitment and Selection Agency from May 2005 to November 2005.

Mariya then joined ICAP Group - ICAP Bulgaria, where they held multiple roles from September 2006 to November 2018. Mariya'sroles included Administrative Manager from February 2011 to January 2012, Manager of the Contact Center in January 2011, Manager of Employment Solutions from January 2012 to January 2013, and Operations Manager from January 2013 to October 2016. Mariya Kaya's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from the National High School of Fine Arts "Iliya Petrov" in Sofia from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, and Marketing from the Marketing, Trade and Management College in Sofia, from 2007 to 2010.

To further enhance their skills, Mariya completed a program in the Department of Foreign Languages, specializing in the Turkish Language, at Marmara University from 2015 to 2016.

Furthermore, they achieved certification as a HOGAN Assessment Consultant from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2017. Prior to that, in August 2013, they completed a certification program in Hogan Assessments, specifically focusing on Developmental Solutions for Managerial Leadership Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory Hogan Development Survey. Additionally, they received training in Negotiation Skills from Huthwaite International in March 2014.
