Vicky Wang

Vicky (Ruomeng) Wang currently serves as the Head of Partnerships at Tide, where responsibilities include developing partnerships strategies to boost SME customer acquisition and revenue growth, leading a team of Partnerships Managers, and driving innovative partnership models. Prior to Tide, Vicky was a Senior Manager for FS Partnerships at Xero, overseeing global strategic partnerships for embedded financial services and managing multi-million-pound initiatives. Vicky's experience in fintech includes a role at HSBC, contributing to the formation of HSBC Kinetic and shaping its mobile banking offerings. Earlier positions at IHS Markit involved launching the Fintech Intelligence Service and leading projects for major financial institutions. Vicky holds two Master’s Degrees from the University of Surrey in International Business Management and International Event Management.
