Vikrant Singh

Vikrant Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and product development in the financial technology and operations sectors. Currently serving as a Special Project Manager at Tide since July 2025, Vikrant previously held various leadership roles at Paytm from September 2016 to July 2025, focusing on lending growth and product management for personal loans and credit cards. Prior to that, Vikrant worked at Wiwigo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Operations Head, enhancing operational processes and customer experience, and held positions at Zimply and Usha International Ltd., where responsibilities included operations management, supplier coordination, and category management. Vikrant began a career in leadership as a coordinator for Cognizance at IIT Roorkee and earned a B.Tech. degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
