Tidel
James O'Connell has had a diverse range of positions in the sales industry. Starting with Cintas in 2008, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative and later as an Outside Sales Representative in the Document Management Division. James also completed the Management Trainee Program, receiving extensive training in various aspects of the business and the document management industry.
In 2015, O'Connell joined Shred-it as a Sales Executive and later became a National Account Executive. In 2017, they moved on to Stericycle where they took on the role of District Sales Manager. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Director of Sales at Tidel.
James O'Connell attended St. Francis de Sales High School from 2000 to 2004, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following high school, they enrolled at the University of Dayton from 2004 to 2008. At the university, James earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general emphasis.
