Jessica Wu

Jessica Wu is an experienced professional in the finance and talent acquisition sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at Ratio Advisors since April 2017, specializing in talent placement for private equity firms, hedge funds, and asset managers. Additionally, Jessica holds the position of Executive Advisor in Talent & People at Tidemark since June 2021. Previous roles include Principal at Amity Search Partners LLC from September 2010 to January 2017, Research Associate at Hall Capital Partners from 2007 to 2010, and Finance Associate positions at both the KIPP Foundation and Edison Schools focusing on real estate finance.
