Nick DeLeonardis serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Dutchie since December 2022 and as a Growth Advisor at Tidemark since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Nick was SVP GM of Fintech & Employee/Payroll at Toast, Inc. from September 2017 to December 2022, where also held positions as GM and VP. As a Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2016 to 2017, Nick co-founded a "same day pay" business and was a finalist in the MIT $100k Pitch Competition. Nick's previous experience includes Senior Vice President of Credit Trading at Harvard Management Company (2011-2016), Senior Analyst at Scottwood Capital Management Advisors LP (2009-2011), and Senior Vice President/Partner at Bond Street Capital (2005-2009), alongside an early career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia Securities (1999-2002). Nick holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University.
