As Tidepool's Customer Support and Clinic Success Lead, she help people with diabetes (PWD) and clinicians troubleshoot and optimize their use of the Tidepool data visualization platform. Her mission is to create a seamless experience for PWD and clinicians to view and interpret valuable data that can be used to adjust doses, reinforce health promoting behaviors, and improve quality of diabetes care for all involved.
