Seth Stover has a diverse work experience, with a focus on technology, social impact, and business development. Seth co-founded TideRise Technologies in 2018, aiming to provide computer skills training and create jobs in Malawi, Africa. Seth is also a board member at For Their Dignity, working towards eradicating period poverty globally. In addition, they served as an advisory board member for the DigitalBits Project and as a mentor and advisor at Accelerate Okanagan. Prior to these roles, Seth held management positions at Flipp and worked as an account executive at Ricoh Canada Inc.
From 2006 to 2009, Seth Stover attended Sheridan College and earned an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing.

These people are trained, then based on successful completion of the training program, they are hired and employed immediately.
