Experience

Tidewater Homes was established in 2014 by three natives of Jacksonville, Florida who combined have over fifty years of knowledge and experience in the home building and construction industries. As the founders, it was our desire to take that knowledge, experience and the principles acquired through our careers to create a company formed on the foundations of honesty, quality and great customer service. We strive everyday to make the homebuilding experience an enjoyable one.

Quality

At Tidewater we pride ourselves on constructing homes of superior quality. Each home is built with the same care, craftsmanship and attention to detail that we would put into the construction of our own personal homes, no exceptions. It’s our desire for each and every one of our homeowners to be as proud of their new home as we are proud to build it and put our name on it. We continuously look for ways to enhance our homes through the newest and most innovative products available in the marketplace so that we can deliver the best home possible.

Accessibility

We know that there is no substitute for superior customer service through every step of the journey you take with us. We also know that you will have many questions along the way, and we are happy to answer each and every one. We are local and we are accessible, which means we are just a phone call away. You put a tremendous amount of trust into us and we take that very seriously.

Innovative Design

We take tremendous pride in creating home designs that are livable, sustainable and architecturally stylish. We are intimately involved in every phase of each plan design and the result is a home that you can be very proud to own. Our design philosophy carries over to our home customization program as well. Because we aren’t bound by the rigidity that the large homebuilders are, we can offer you upgrades and customization beyond what they can.
