Ryan Mead

Ryan Mead is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management and compliance. Currently serving as Tax Director at Tidewater since May 2019, Ryan previously held the position of International Tax Manager at Quanta Services, Inc. from November 2016 to May 2019 and served in various roles at Rowan Companies from March 2014 to November 2016, including Senior International Tax Accountant. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Taxation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University. With a strong background in foreign tax compliance, tax audits, and tax planning, Ryan has consistently contributed to ensuring timely and effective tax strategies in the organizations worked for.
