Lead Technical Support Specialist - Deskside at Tideworks Technology

Jason Rundle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Jason started their career at Intelsat as a Network Technician in Advanced Product Development from 2000 to 2001. Jason then worked at the WA State Arts Commission as an IT System Specialist in 2002, where they provided technical support, conducted training sessions, managed server data, and coordinated with the Department of Information Services. In 2009, they joined Best Buy as a Geek Squad member, providing technical assistance to customers. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Starbucks as an Enterprise Help Desk Analyst, and from 2013 to 2017, they served as a Retail Support Analyst at REI. In 1998, they started their own business called ReWind Yourself, where they operated as the Owner/Operator until 2019. Most recently, they joined Tideworks Technology as a Lead Technical Support Specialist - Deskside in June 2021.

Jason Rundle studied at Green River College and obtained a General Education Degree.
