Terry Hart

Terry Hart, MBA, PM, currently serves as a Client Solutions Specialist at Tideworks Technology, focusing on implementing innovative solutions for class one railroads and utilizing extensive intermodal industry experience. Prior to this role, Terry worked at CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Operations Planning, overseeing the development of key terminal operating systems and collaborating with major customers. Previous positions include Manager of Continuous Process Improvement and Process Improvement Analyst, where process improvement methodologies were employed to enhance performance and customer experience. Terry's career began in the US Navy as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer, managing program aspects for a significant duration. Terry holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BS in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Lean Sensei certification from Villanova University.
