Bar Dror is currently the Group Head of Finance & Treasury at Tidhar Group, a position held since 2025. Previously, Bar worked as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Transactions at EY from 2022 to 2024 and was involved in business banking at Bank Leumi from 2016 to 2017.
