Justyna Barczyk

Justyna Barczyk is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a People and Business Partner at Tidio since September 2023, Justyna independently manages end-to-end recruitment processes for business positions and oversees the entire candidate lifecycle. Previously, Justyna held positions at x-kom from June 2018 to January 2020 as a Junior People and Business Partner and Junior HR Specialist, where recruitment processes were developed for various roles. Justyna also contributed to recruitment efforts at Randstad Polska from December 2016 to May 2018 as a Researcher, focusing on candidate sourcing and screening. Justyna earned a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the same university.
