Anna Chen

Anna Chen has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Anna began their career in 2006 as an Assurance Manager at BDO USA, LLP. In this role, they were responsible for setting client and team expectations, scheduling, performing reviews, preparing budgets and invoices, coaching team members and monitoring engagement economics. Anna also participated in business development activities such as meeting prospects, preparing proposals, and attending networking events. In 2014, Anna moved to BDO Nederland as an Assurance Manager, where they implemented PCAOB findings on an accelerated filer to increase audit quality. In 2015, Anna joined EY as a Senior Manager, where they led diverse multinational teams in a fast-paced environment. Anna was passionate about coaching and sharing their technical knowledge and experience, and specialized in US GAAP and GAAS/IFRS, AFM/PCAOB joint inspection experience, and industries such as consumer goods, technology, and publicly listed companies. In 2019, they became the Director of Finance at TIE Kinetix.

Anna Chen attended the University of Southern California from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Accounting from the Marshall School of Business. In addition, they obtained a CPA certification.
