Prabhat Kumar Sinha

Prabhat Kumar Sinha has a wealth of experience in various roles and organizations. Prabhat Kumar currently serves as the Chairman of ICC Bihar and has been in this position since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Executive CEO and CEO of ASTRIC Group of Companies, focusing on capacity building, skill enhancement, and entrepreneurship development in Bihar since 1992. Prabhat Kumar has also held roles as a Member of the Bihar ICT Core Committee, the AICTE (Higher & Technical Education GOI), and served as a Member of the Board of Governors at Darbhanga College of Engineering. Moreover, Prabhat Kumar Sinha has held leadership positions as the President of TiE Bihar Chapter and served as an Advisor for various organizations, including eMALL and Bihar's Ist Multi branded IT Superstore. Prabhat Kumar has also been actively involved in government initiatives to develop Bihar as a preferred IT destination through their membership in the Apex Committee.

Prabhat Kumar Sinha completed their CBSE 10th exams from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1975 and 1984. Prabhat Kumar then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Technology from Siddaganga Institute Of Technology from 1987 to 1991. Simultaneously, they also earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University during the same time period.

In addition to their formal education, Prabhat Kumar Sinha obtained a certification in IVLP from the United Nation Department of Culture & Education, facilitated by the U.S. Department of State, in April 2014.
