TiE Inc, also known as TiE Global is a non-profit organization with the mission of  fostering entrepreneurship, through mentoring, networking and education. Members of TiE attend meetings at various chapters, exchange ideas and build partnerships to start new companies or ventures.

Sarah Mathew is currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Accenture in India since June 2024. Previously, Sarah held internships at SILA and Spastics Society of Karnataka, where the focus was on gaining practical learning experiences. Sarah is a graduate of St Joseph's College of Commerce (Autonomous) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management.
