Previously, as a Commodity Trader at Jess Smith & Sons Cotton, LLC from 2016 to 2018, Simon managed strategy and operations in the futures market, specifically for agricultural products, while building relationships with domestic and international clients. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from California State University, Bakersfield, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
