Simon Doherty

Simon Doherty is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tiello, established in 2019 to tackle recruitment challenges in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, leveraging over 50 years of combined experience to assist firms in sourcing and retaining talent. In addition, Simon serves as a Partner and Mentor at TopBillers, where the focus is on enhancing the performance of agency recruiters. Previously, as a Commodity Trader at Jess Smith & Sons Cotton, LLC from 2016 to 2018, Simon managed strategy and operations in the futures market, specifically for agricultural products, while building relationships with domestic and international clients. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from California State University, Bakersfield, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
