Mark Helmig has extensive experience in the field of workforce reintegration and coaching, beginning as a consultant at Adecco Employment Services from 1998 to 2001. Mark served as a reintegration expert at IWA Wurkympuls and held various roles, including a trajectory manager and job coach at Concern voor Werk until 2014. From 2003 to 2005, Mark worked as a reintegration expert at Salto Reïntegratie and later continued this focus as a reintegration expert at Terzet and a consultant for labor integration at NoordWestGroep. At WERKBEDRIJF LELYSTAD, Mark acted as a work coach and employer advisor from 2014 to 2020.
