Tracey Mcleod has a long and successful career in the footwear industry. Tracey began their career in 1988 as an Industrial Designer and Footwear Designer/Product Development at BBC International LLC. In 1999, they were promoted to Partner/President of Marketing, Design, and Sales at BBC International LLC. In 2016, they founded TIEM, a company that creates footwear for the modern athlete. As CEO/Founder of TIEM, they are responsible for designing and developing products that elevate the athletic experience.
Tracey Mcleod attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Industrial and Product Design. Tracey then attended Harvard University from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management.
