Founded by Neil Tieman in 1953, Tieman manufactured its first road tanker in 1955. This was built at a small factory located in the back yard of Neil and his wife Jean’s home in Preston Victoria. It was a 1000 Gallon tanker that delivered Milk from Drouin to Melbourne. From these humble beginnings, Tieman has now manufactured over 5000 road tankers for an extensive range of Australian industries. From Aluminum Fuel tanker road trains, built to access the most isolated areas of the outback, to State of the Art stainless steel Milk transporters for the countries Dairy industry. Tieman continues to provide the highest quality road tanker solutions in Australia.
