拓也 村山 is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience addressing various business challenges, particularly within the automotive industry. After studying at 法政大学, they began their consulting career and later established a regional office for 日立コンサルティング in Nagoya, achieving profitability within two years while expanding the organization significantly. Currently, they serve as a principal at TIER Ⅳ, where they focus on integrating strategy and advancing R&D initiatives to bridge the gap between technology and business.
