Tier1 Human Performance helps athletes and teams gain a decisive mental edge under pressure – in chaos, in competition and when it matters most.
Our methods are grounded in the complex and high consequence environment of combat and blended with qualifications, expertise and cutting edge research in psychology.
We use evidence based strategies, tactics, tools and processes to train the mind to be calm, focused and confident in any environment. At Tier1 our athletes don’t just survive the pressure of the contest; they flourish in it.
Trusted by elite athletes, teams, coaches and emerging talent across Australia and beyond.
