Tamara loves to help things grow; be it the jungle in her home, the serene landscape around her patio, or the initiatives that help others develop into their best selves.

Tamara earned her BA in English and Elementary Education, MA in Leadership Development, and PMP and Performance Improvement Certifications. Learning and Development has been her life's passion as she has worked in this field at a variety of global organizations and industries such as Consumer Products, Building Efficiencies, Financial Technology, Tax Advisory, Consumer Beverages, and Public Education.
